Taje Swimwear has a no refund policy and will only exchange if the product is flawed. You may exchange for any product on the website which has the same value or less. If the value is more than the original purchase additional fees will be charged.
Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging and tag in place along with any enclosed documentation. Return postage and handling fees will be paid by the customer. We have the right to refuse a return if it does not comply with the above. If the package does not arrive safely to us we will not be able to complete the refund, so please use a tracking system.
Once we have received the returned item, kindly give us up to 5 business days for us to dispatch the replaced item to you. If the returned for exchanged item is not in stock, this process may take longer in which we will notify you via email. If a shipment is undelivered, we will not be responsible for any return or original shipping fees. Please use the Tracking Number given to you and kindly use this website www.track-trace.com under EMS setting to track your order. For shipments through DHL you can track it via DHL’s website.
